1. What types of Freight Shipment Services/Solutions do you offer?
A: We offer any type of Ground (Full Truckload (FTL), Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) & Local Trucking - U.S. Only), Rail (Intermodal), Ocean and Air.
2. Do I need to register to obtain a Freight Quote?
A: Yes, we require everyone to register to obtain a Freight Quote. It’s easy and it is free, and there are two ways to register. You can either use the Register hyperlink at the top-right corner of the Homepage or you can register prior to submitting your Freight Quote Request.
3. What is the process for obtaining a Freight Quote?
A: Select any one of the “Request a Freight Quote” hyperlinks or buttons at the top, middle or bottom of the homepage, and you will be taken to the Request a Freight Quote Form (Note: For logged-in Customers, you have the ability to access the “Request a Freight Quote” Form from your Account Dashboard).
Once you complete and submit the Request a Freight Quote Form, Freight Badger will locate the best Freight Quote to meet your Freight Shipping needs, and send you an e-mail once your Freight Quote is ready for your review.
4. How do I access my Freight Quote?
A: Upon accessing your Account Dashboard, you will have the ability to access your Freight Quote from the upper-left Quadrant entitled My Quotes (Your newest Freight Quote will be the first or top Quote in this Quadrant). Select the Quote that you would like to review and you will be taken to the Decision Page, where you will have the option to either Accept, Decline or Re-Quote your Freight Quote. Please note that Re-Quotes are limited to one request per Freight Quote Request. If you “Decline” your Freight Quote, the Quote will be saved for 24 hours in the Declined Quotes section of the My Quotes Quadrant for your convenience just in case you change your mind. Additional information regarding Freight Quotes can be found in the New Quote e-mail that accompanies every Freight Quote or the “?” located in the upper-right corner of the My Quotes Quadrant.
Please note that at this time, we are only able to offer Freight Quotes for Freight Shipments that are shipped to and/or from the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Freight Quote Requests that do not include one of these four locations in either the Pickup or Delivery Country Selection Boxes is currently unavailable. We are working diligently to offer our full array of Freight Services to serve all of our Customers’ needs to and from every country.
5. What is the latest time that I can schedule my Freight Shipment for Same Day Pickup Service?
A: For same Day Freight Pickup Service you will need to “Accept” and complete your purchase No Later Than (NLT) 12:00 P.M. in the Time Zone in which you are located. All Freight Shipments purchased after this deadline will be scheduled for pickup the following Business Day. (Please note that at this time Same Day Pickup Service is only available for Customers located in the United States, Canada, Mexico & Puerto Rico.)
6. How long does it take to receive a Freight Quote?
A: On average when a Freight Quote Request is submitted during business hours, it takes 5-10 minutes to receive a Full Truckload (FTL), Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) or Air Freight Quote; while it takes up to 24 hours to receive a Rail (Intermodal) or an Ocean Freight Quote. However, please note that due to the complexity of some Quotes, it may take longer than the above stated times. If you do not receive an e-mail from us within these specified time frames notifying you that your Freight Quote is ready for your review, please check your SPAM/Junk Mail Folder to ensure that our e-mail was not unintentionally filtered from your Inbox or simply Contact Us. If you submit your Freight Quote Request outside of our business hours, you will receive your Freight Quote the following business day. Notwithstanding these average wait times, we are constantly working to improve the time that it takes for you to receive your Freight Quote.
7. Can I receive a Freight Quote faster over the phone?
A: Unfortunately, the standard wait time to procure a Freight Quote is a byproduct of our Patent Pending Proprietary Freight Quote Process and does not change if we receive your Freight Quote Request telephonically or via FreightBadger.com.
8. Where can I find my Shipping Documents?
A: To access your Shipping Documents, open the Shipment that you would like to view from the My Shipments Quadrant of your Account Dashboard. Upon accessing the Shipment Information Page, you will the ability to view your Shipment Documents from the Documents & Summary Section.
9. What are Transloading, Drop Shipping and Warehousing Services?
- Transloading, when required, is a process that involves transferring a shipment from one mode of transportation to another to efficiently & cost-effectively transport products from their origin to their destination.

Drop Shipping is a time saving and cost-effective service that is used by merchants to store & ship goods and/or products. Drop Shipping is a service commonly used by merchants to help alleviate the time & difficulty associated with inventory control and logistics.
- Warehousing is a service dedicated to the storage of products for a merchant. Warehousing Services give merchants the flexibility to safely store, maintain and account for products without the difficulty and cost associated with purchasing and maintaining a warehouse.
10. Do I need to register to obtain a Transloading, Drop Shipping or Warehousing Quote?
A: No, you do not need to register to obtain a TDW Quote and all Quotes are free of charge.
11. How long does it take to receive a Transloading, Drop Shipping or Warehousing quote?
A: The process for receiving a TDW Quote can range anywhere from 5-10 minutes to less than 24 hours depending on the specificity and complexity of your request.
12. Are there any hidden fees or charges associated with using FreightBadger.com?
A: No, FreightBadger.com does not use hidden fees or charges nor will we ever do this. We will always publish the fees that we charge. All Quotes that you receive are all-inclusive based on the elements of service that you choose. Additionally, there are no fees for TDW Quotes.
13. Do you offer Payment Terms for Freight Shipping?
A: Yes, we offer Payment Terms for selected customers pending Shipping History and Credit Approval. To establish Payment Terms, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives.
